Returns

We are happy to accept returns for eligible full price items when shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with original packaging and tags intact.

All discounted items are final sale.

Store credit or exchange on eligible full price item is offered when the item being returned is shipped beyond the 7 days and only up to 14 days after you receive your order.

Please note that after 14 days of delivery item cannot be returned.

Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned

The following items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange: sale pieces, intimates, hosiery, headwear, swimwear, damaged pieces, washed or worn items, and items that have their tags removed.

Please request a return authorization and return shipping label before shipping item.
Items shipped without authorization will not be accepted. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the package. A $10 return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Once your item has been received by SIKOSI ASALI, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification to the address listed on your account once this transaction has taken place. Please allow 5-10 business days from us receiving the package to receive the refund. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

An order is no longer eligible for return or exchange due to delayed pick up or shipping request putting its delivery outside of the return or exchange window.

International orders are final sale.

SIKOSI ASALI reserves the right to limit service to customers that show excessive return activity.
